TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Connect Healing.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking an appointment with Lauren Sandford, Connect Healing ABN 61907518721. By booking an appointment, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. Appointment Booking:
a. To book an appointment, you must be 18 years of age or older.
b. All bookings can be made either in person, over the phone, or through our online booking system. c. We require a deposit to secure your appointment slot, payable at the time of booking.
2. Deposit:
a. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
b. The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or if the appointment is cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling: a. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 12 hours in advance. b. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in the loss of the deposit. c. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can do so up to12 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability.
4. Late Arrivals:
a. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment.
b. If you arrive late, we will provide the remaining treatment time within the originally allocated appointment slot.
c. Late arrivals will not be eligible for any discount or extension of the appointment time.
5. Refunds and Exchanges: a. We do not offer refunds on services rendered. b. In case you are dissatisfied with your Indian Head Massage, please let us know immediately, and we will strive to address your concerns.
6. Health and Safety:
a. You must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your ability to receive an Indian Head Massage.
b. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we believe it may be detrimental to your health or safety.
7. Liability:
a. We will take reasonable care to ensure your safety and well-being during the Indian Head Massage session.
b. We will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during or after the treatment, except in cases of negligence on our part.
8. Personal Belongings:
a. Please ensure that you secure your personal belongings during your visit.
b. We do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to your personal belongings while you are at our premises.
9. Privacy Policy: a. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. b. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for more details.
10. Modifications and Amendments:
a. We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
b. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms and conditions on our website or notifying you directly.
By booking an appointment with Lauren Sandford, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise and you may need to reschedule or cancel your session.
Deposits: A deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours of your session start time.
Cancellations/Rescheduling: If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a future booking.
Late Cancellations/No Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Refunds: No refunds are permitted after services have been received.
